Finally i am back to bloggin.. dono how to start off after never blog for so long..

currently being thru a life with ups and downs like a roller coaster..

as for now?

i would think is half dwn half up..

for up, being training crazy everyday and row like nobody.. shuld we say we have turn into robots.

once the switch is on, it will be all out and no energy left.. once off, is really no strength to do any thing

aim for this finally race Regatta..

and also celebrate bdae in trainin and work as usual but i appreciate it..

it ended in jus a short term..

tot tat it last long..

things always don go my way..
